Mr. Hagan enjoys the challenges of an early startup – not only the technologies but the people. His creative sales talents and high-value relationships world-wide help transition innovative technologies into the commercial market. He credits his success to "listening for a living."

At Eltron, Mr. Hagan assists with proposals, market research, sales outreach, and attends technology conferences and expos in order to understand the problems and potential solutions. He’s a member of organizations including SME, AWWA, and WEF.
