Jay G. Patel, Operations Manager
Mr. Patel manages the company's general lab resources: instruments, equipment, ventilation system, electrical system, space planning support, and help desk. This includes the design, implementation and maintenance of these resources.
Also, Mr. Patel manages all aspects of the company's IT and technology services, which includes network administration, network security, postmaster, webmaster, conferencing support and telecommunications support.
Mr. Patel's responsibilities include systems engineering and project/proposal support as well. This involves hardware and software prototype development including standalone electronic hardware, PC interface hardware and software programming in BASIC, C, and Visual C++. In most cases this support is applied to monitor and control different or all parts of a project's experiment.
